It shapes how we meet, how we make decisions and how we treat each other. If you join us, you’ll notice things feel different. Conversations are unhurried and people listen. It’s normal to speak with radical honestly. We work as a community, not a hierarchy. You’re supported to learn, ask questions and see things from other people’s point of view. Bringing our whole selves into the room is part of the job and how we stay grounded in real life.
GETTING TO KNOW
Interviews are more of a chat than an audition.
We start with a call, just a chance to meet and see if there’s a spark. If that feels right, we spend more time together, in person where possible. We talk about the work, the purpose behind it and whether working together would genuinely make life better. There are no trick questions and no pressure to be someone you’re not. We’re simply working out whether this feels right for both of us.
